The RedZone  Leadership Academy is a program that targets metro area students for proper knowledge and understanding of athletics,academics and leadership development. The program utilizes a student  passion for their particular sport and teaches them the importance of  education and community service. In addition, Redzone will assist in teaching sport specific fundamentals, help establish goals, and aid students with their academic studies.  We are the first sport, academic and mentoring program in Nebraska and Iowa.  Each Program is done, during the  sports off-season for specific training, academic, leadership and mentoring purposes. Our program enhances what the high school and college coaches teach and emphasize during the season of participation.

Redzone Leadership Academy is designed to take  a student-athlete's passion for sports and intense dedication to personal development and transform it into a force for greater good.  Our goals is to prepare them for life beyond high school athletics.
