Are college coaches allowed at the competition camps?
Yes , DII, DIII, NAIA , and JC are allowed at the competition camps, however Division
I Bowl Subdivision, and Division I Bowl Championship Subdivision college coaches are not allowed to attend any events
including combine testing.

Tryout Events
A member institution or conference may not host, sponsor or
conduct a tryout camp, clinic, group workout or combine (e.g., combination of athletics skill tests or activities) devoted
to agility, flexibility, speed or strength tests for prospective student-athletes at any location. In sports other than football,
a member institution's staff members may only attend such an event sponsored by an outside organization if the event occurs
off the institution's campus and is open to all institutions (see Bylaw 13.1.8.9.4). (Adopted: 1/10/92, Revised: 1/9/06

13.1.8.9.4 Scholastic and Nonscholastic Activities. In
football, institutional staff members shall not attend any scholastic or nonscholastic activities devoted to agility, flexibility,
speed or strength tests for prospective student-athletes (e.g., combines) conducted at any location at any time. Institutional
coaching staff members may evaluate prospective student-athletes participating in scholastic practice and competition activities
held under the supervision of the high school or two-year college coach whose high school or two-year college is hosting the
activity all athletics evaluations shall be limited to regularly scheduled high school, preparatory school and two-year college
contests and practices and regular scholastic activities involving prospective student-athletes enrolled at the institution
at which the regular scholastic activities occur. This new amendement that becomes effective January , 2008 states that all
Division I Bowl Subdivision, and Division I Bowl Championship Subdivision may not attend these events. Please note that NAIA,
DIII, DII may attend these events.
